Inventory Data: When you upload an Excel or CSV file, we temporarily process the inventory data (including item descriptions, models, finishes, categories, suppliers, and stock quantities) to generate order summaries. This data is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored on our servers.

File Uploads: Files you upload are temporarily stored for processing purposes only and are automatically deleted after processing is complete.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Process your inventory files and generate order summaries
• Calculate required order quantities based on available and required stock levels
• Organize orders by supplier and category
• Provide you with formatted order summaries that you can share with suppliers

Data Sharing and Control

You Control All Sharing: We do NOT automatically send your data to anyone. After processing your inventory file, the app generates order summaries that are displayed to you. You have complete control over whether and how to share these summaries with your suppliers.

No Automatic Transmission: The app does not automatically send emails, WhatsApp messages, or any other communications on your behalf. You must manually copy and send the order summaries through your preferred communication method.

Third-Party Services: We do not share your inventory data with any third-party services except as necessary to provide the core functionality of the app (such as temporary file storage for processing).

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data during processing. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We do not permanently store your inventory data. Uploaded files and processed data are automatically deleted after processing is complete. Order summaries are only displayed within the app session and are not saved to our servers.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Control what data you upload to the app
• Decide whether and how to share generated order summaries
• Stop using the app at any time

Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
